For New Volunteers and People Who Want to Think About Volunteering

Our goal is a United States of America where Corporations Are Not People   and  Money Is Not Speech

If you are not yet a volunteer, you can help We The People Maine amend the U.S. Constitution and overturn the disastrous Supreme Court's decisions in Citizen�s United v. FEC and McCutcheon v. FEC.

To make “corporations are not people” and “money is not speech” a reality, We The People Maine needs volunteers. You can help.

1. collect signatures at the polls on Tuesday November 4
2. collect signatures before and after November 4
3. help maintain and extend the WTP Maine website
4. participate or moderate as an admin for WTP Maine social media accounts
5. help send out WTP Maine emails to volunteers and supporters
6. work with WTP Maine to discover and reach out to other groups throughout Maine working on social and environmental issues
7. work on important research

Passing the Citizen Initiative is fundamental. Without a constitutional amendment, big money will block every step Maine citizens try to take to create a better, more human Maine, a better, more human United States of America, and a better, more human world.
